What's funny is, that video I posted is in PA, but most of the people around that area moved from some other state or work in Philly... where they are used to the roads magically being cleared at a moment's notice... Even funnier is, I turned on to US Rt. 30... that road can take me to the goddamn Pacific Ocean. You'd think the state would be a bit more focused on keeping it clear. Used to be the case. Insurance companies lots of times will investigate those now, if it seems like road rage or careless driving was a factor... AKA brake checking, or short-stopping because the person who was rear-ended was trying to text and drive, for example.
