wheras in the final Draft he's a polygamist and marries ALL of his aunts his harem

Ayeka = his grandpa's sister

Sasami = Ayeka's biological sister and Washu's "spiritual" sister

Washi = Sasami's "Spiritual" sister (she and Sasami are goddesses who are sisters)

Ryoko = Washu's biological daughter (so she's Tenchi's cousin)

Mihoshi = Washu's biological Granddaughter from a previous marriage (so cousin)

Tokimi(whether he fucks her or not isn't clear) = Washu's sister

Noike = a possible clone of Ayeka's Grandmother(it's very involved)

 

and now

Minaho = Tenchi's mother's twin sister

 

Tenchi also has a Sister named Tennyo who seemed a bit too touchy feeling with him as of OVA 3
