ben0119 Posted February 15 Posted February 15 In this old color spread, Nanao seems to just have a normal zanpakuto. If this were considered canon, this Ise family zanpakuto could be considered a retcon. Some people also theorized Nanao was going for her zanpakuto in her sleeve when Yamamoto crushed her with spiritual pressure in the Soul Society Arc, when Shunsui and Ukitake faced off with him. Buuuut her zanpakuto was technically never shown in the story, so. Oh yeah, Nemu's zanpakuto that she never used for some reason.
