See I love to cook, and I love when people enjoy my food. When I started dating my SO I found out that his granny was also from NY. And it turns out one of the things I make is something she always made. The first time his mom was over for dinner and she tried it she started to cry. So I have great pride in this holiday

Chicken stock, butter, sage, thyme, bouillon, onion, celery… Among other things.
