Apartments that charge according to income

I've already seen a few of them.  They're just cramped studios with no closet space.  The tenants are supposed to have the bed, the living room furniture, the wardrobes and the kitchen furniture in a 12x12 room.

 

No thanks.  I really don't mind paying extra when I have a lot of space to put things in.

I haven't admitted anything of the sort.  I just said I have seen a few of the apartments.  BTW, I'm not eligible because my income is above the maximum threshold.
