My landlord also pays the heat bill here.  Should he decide to stop paying for heat and leave me scrambling with inadequate room heaters, it's my unquestionable right to find a lawyer, set up an escrow account and stop paying rent until the situation is resolved.  That's the lease contract. 

Likewise, there's a contract between each city and the citizens that in EXCHANGE for the tax money, services such as police, fire fighters and even public schools are to be provided.  Why isn't there any right of escrow when the government DELIBERATELY FAILS to provide those services?  The fact that you flat out refuse to even ask such a question makes you a HUGE part of what's wrong in this nation.

1. As a renter I don’t pay property taxes 

2. I pay taxes in other ways

She is not "advocating" for anything.  You clearly do not what the word means.

But, she is expressing the fact that as a renter she does have fewer remedies than a property owner and are, in effect, treated as second class citizens.  That being said, even if the property owner were to withhold his tax payments, he's not going to have any effect on the funding that police receive.  He will, however, get a lien placed on his property and, if he continues to withhold payments until someone remedies his grievance, he will lose his property with no compensation.

The video?  I'm just demonstrating what happens after some stupido up stairs decides to cut corners.  It had been decided to have the compactor changed out every second day instead of one or two times daily.  There was literally no place to put all that trash after the compactor was overloaded.
