I live in a house that’s slightly larger than what I actually need. I do plan on looking for something better suited to me whenever I’m able, though.

Duplex but both units are mine, I rent one. I have family land at home and I plan on "retiring" there so when the time comes I'm going to have to find someone as stupid as me to unload this shit on. 

I thought I was building generational wealth but I didn't consider I could never own the fucking land it sits on...it's a headache and I hate it. But my tenant is cool and usually pays on time so I passively pay the land fees, but pound for pound I'm making nothing off of it.

A basement apartment because I crave the darkness. 

But I would one day like to move to a two-bedroom condo well above ground with an enclosable balcony because the kitten really likes running around and going outside. I'd like her to get that exercise and safe outside space to get the damn wiggles out instead of anklebiting me every day.
