fuggnificent Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 I couldn't bring myself to fix my cat because my best friend did it to her cat and everytime you said "neutered" to the cat, the cat would visibily shudder.

That's fine if it's an indoor cat and you don't have to worry about it getting pregnant/getting other cats pregnant.

And the word "neutered" comes up in conversation often enough to give you a pass on being an irresponsible pet owner?
André Toulon Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 And the word "neutered" comes up in conversation often enough to give you a pass on being an irresponsible pet owner? You know who this is.......I don't know why you try

No. She showed me how the cat would behave by saying neutred on purpose. ..shed go.."neutered " and magic would close her eyes and shake....so it imprinted on me that it was traumatic for the cat.
Codename: Jackass Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 My old cat got fixed a long time ago and I recall her bumping into the wall a couple times.
