Take a look at this tweet. 

This is a line graph with unclear axes. A red line is shooting up, and the user is calling it "horrifying". There's no context as to what this is at all.

You may be saying, "wait, you are just pulling this out of a thread that would make sense in context." Nope. This tweet is by itself. 

Twitter, enabling poor communication skills that is even bad by social media standards.
