Expand Do you mean you use it as a condiment on sandwiches and such? Because that's perfectly fine. But if you mean like you just get a spoonful (or worse yet, dip your fingers in the jar) and just eat it like that....

A jar of mayo a day keeps the doctor away. But yeah, I mainly use it for spicy chicken sandwiches with some type of onion or tomatoes. 1
