Can you drop one course and still have enough credits to maintain full-time status?  If so, pick the one that's freaking you out the most and drop it.  You can take it again later when you're feeling less stressed.

Other than that, just get through one day at a time.  Triage your assignments.  I know I spent a lot of time in college feeling overwhelmed and just focusing on, "if I can just make it through to Weds." or "Once I get past these midterms, it'll be better."  And it is.  Trust me, the worst that can happen, won't. 

Because there's always something worse. :)

its either life overwhelms you and you get nothing done= more stress or you feel like a burden and get things done. 

if the feeling of burden is still strong you could do something to help the person out.
