Funi already has a huge library, and aren't they part of a larger media conglomerate?

I imagine there will be merch/BR deals through rightstuff. Seems like they want to be on an even field with Croll, it will be interesting to see what the pricing is like.

It's really more to get Nozomi's stuff streaming on a more visible platform. I think they just have most of their series available on their YouTube channel.

Hopefully this means Space Pirate Mito finally breaks the 1000-user ceiling on MAL. I've never seen it, but I totally would just to hear Rusty Venture in an anime.

...what change in management?  FUNi's streaming service is adding some of Nozomi's titles.  Nozomi isn't losing the licenses to the titles, and FUNi isn't gaining them.  This isn't rocket science.
