They're not multiple choice, they're essay answer. So, when I have decent supervisors, I say things like, "She does not unduly scrutinize my work." or, "He leads by recognizing the individual talents of crew members." When I have shitty supervisors, I say things like, "Please... replace him with somebody who doesn't brandish his quarter ounce of authority like a spoiled six year old who found his Daddy's pistol." They do encourage honesty in the surveys.
