No matter how long he's been out of the game, I feel like it was incomplete without any Genki Sudo....Dude was literally an anime character.

SUUUDDDOOOOOOO GEEEEEENNNNKKKIIIIIIIIII!!!!

That dude was so dope....I remember in the early 2000s he was brought over for a seminar at this gym whose name escapes me and they asked him to join in on their in-house Jits tourny.....that shit was hilarious.....it might as well have been a David Blaine magic show, that's how little they understood what was happening

I hate that America didn't appreciate his mainstream potential....It's one thing to entertain me (Kimbo) but it's a completely different thing to entertain and be almost flawless.

Oh, there's a laundry list of guys that were left out of the american mma explosion after the ultimate fighter aired on Spike...it's a sad part of the fight game in general.....awesome people go unappreciated.....I remember Genki Sudo used to moonlight as a kickboxer in the old K-1 days and not do bad....other grapplers like Kawajiri would get steamrolled, but he would play it smart, focus on the entertainment angle, and avoid taking heavy damage....
