PhilosipherStoned Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 (edited) I'm just envious to be honest.. Anything claiming to be such near me I'd probably find flaws with it. I had a girl that wanted to eat at a 'kobe' steak house that was charging out the ass in Georgia one time, and I couldn't see their certificate..and I still had to tell the staff politely (if you can't show it to me I'm not eating here.) If I'm paying over $100 dollars for my ticket for two steaks I'm taking my food science knowledge out for battle though.. Different subject, but I know good sushi places ARE USUALLY expensive too. Pretty much all coming from the same ranch with the same caring practices.
