I'm pretty sure this thing of clones being independent and able to rebel is not canon.  But the way they're using this to rip on Kishimoto's writing of Naruto's character is priceless.

So it was a dream.  Well there's no way the clones can rebel since they ARE him.  Still, I don't think clones could operate while the original was unconscious.  So it's definitely filler, since it got that stuff wrong.

Demarco does tons of boneheaded things like this all the time.  He's also repeatedly said he doesn't believe in the concept of filler as many fans do, and says they won't ever skip any, the exception being some Jar Jar Clone Wars eps they skipped.

Illusion, Naruto is still Physically male he just creates an illusion that he is a woman

I don't think so, it is a version of the transformation technique, after all.  And remember when people turned themselves into shurikens and things?  Don't think it's just an illusion.  Anyway, the Naruto wiki doesn't say anything about it just being an illusion, but doesn't really explain what it is, either.  So maybe Kishimoto never did, or they neglected to put that in the wiki write-up.  

Some spoilers in this video, if anyone cares, but yeah, it's definitely an actual transformation and not a just an "illusion."
