Idk, maybe some people dislike you or are wary because of that anti-Semitic post you made awhile back.

I explained this a thousand times.  I grew up in a jewish family.  my view of spiritual and personal situations happened to be different than the traditions.

and I moved on.  I not saying I never used a slur or am the message  of Gandhi, but I never said anything to intentionally insult, harm, or effect anyone

anything I MAY HAVE SAID (I don't even believe you that I said something of that nature, but I see how that could have been interpreted harshly)

was about ME, on the inside.  not the world outside

what ever I said was complete bullshit

an I am half jewish everyday of my life so you saying something like that is very personally irritating and annoying

lay off the anti Semitic shit

I said I wished Germany won the war in the sense it would be an entirely different world.  just the thought of imagined a different world is a cool idea,

im sorry it sounded hateful or racist or anti semitic.  it was moreover intended to be an adult joke

I don't know what to say...  if you stop paying completely they will doc your paycheck and tax your tax return, it against the rules but its not illegal.

They already stole one year's tax return from me so I finished a year long payment plan of $5 a month since I had no money but now they want like $70 a month or they're gonna steal my tax return again

The only way for me to pause it at this point is to go back to school, they're forcing me to learn

its a blessing in disguise.  your loans are getting paid and you have a safe place to sleep, eat and live.  try to see the good in it.

Hey, now. I was being sincere.

Now, fuck your feelings.

-dabs the fuck out of the thead-

you already know I didn't mean it like that.  so when you dab don't

forget ro say goodbye.  you will end up suffering from the lack of closure... this is why I expect

avoiding it doesn't make it go away, and without purpose you are crumbling little by  little

and you want disruption and chaos. you cant avoid entropy

this is a weak lie that doesn't even have gumption.  I never once in my life walked out my door and try to function as a racist.

not once did I influence people in my life, in social situations or plain public to spread hate nor did I ever spread hate.

you are mistaken

thanks.

mine was super confusing and drawn out to the limits.  first in 2013 I applied for $0 monthly because of no income and it was approved.

that was before I applied for a total discharge and the $0 payments continued for a few months.  it changed from no income $0 to discharge

approval and the bills stop coming in the mail, so what that really means simply put, the zero payments would have continued for twenty years,

based on my in being below poverty: your payment is zero if you are below poverty.  when the discharge process began I was immediately on

probation

for 3 years I had to remain below poverty, (that's  how they determine that you cannot pay + you have to have a paper from social security that

says you are disabled through their decision for at least seven years) because its a future projection on your possibility to recover from illness

:  minimum is you cant work because of your illness 5-7 years.

then the three year probation means you have to remain in poverty, when thats  over DISCHARGED

Interesting. I know my one client started an application but needed the psychiatrist to sign off on it. Not sure what happened with that she's not one of my regulars, one of the other team members is a much better fit for her and I was only meeting with her because she wasn't engaging with anyone at the time. But now she's in with one of the other workers pretty well. Probably helps when you have a whole team of case workers/therapists on your side. Didn't realize it took so long, but I guess it makes sense.

I assume when they're discharged you don't have to pay tax on what's forgiven? I think for me being on an income based plan, I'll have to pay taxes on whatever is forgiven because it counts as income (so if I still owe 20k after paying for 20 years, it basically counts at 20k extra income). Would suck if you had to pay tax on that.

I don't know if youre worried about it or quizzing me....

put it this way, I have been working on this for 5 years and none of the professionals, paperwork, terms and conditions ever stated anything

that suggests I will have to pay taxes

in·sol·vent- I believe is the actual answer but I am giving you

something better

Form 1099-C

As a result of a change in tax law, loan balances that are discharged due to TPD are not considered income for federal tax purposes if you receive the discharge during the period from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2025. If you qualify for a TPD discharge based on documentation from the VA, the date you are considered to have received the discharge for tax purposes is the date that we approve the discharge. If you qualify for a TPD discharge based on documentation from the Social Security Administration or a physician's certification, the date you are considered to have received the discharge for tax purposes is the completion date of your three-year post-discharge monitoring period.

If you receive a Form 1099-C, you should keep the form for your records, but you do not need to include it when filing your federal tax return. For additional information, visit irs.gov.

The discharged loan amount may be considered income for state tax purposes. You may want to consult with your state tax office or a tax professional before you file your state tax return.

can you just give me a short explanation on why you don't get along with me?

@Sawdamizer

@Kuroko

I honestly thought we were getting along fine until someone try to turn into hating on me for unknown reasons to me?

Wait, do you think kuroko and me are the same person? If that's the case... We are not friends.

How did they drop your loans? Explain? Who were your loans through? What were the forgiveness conditions?

I had student loans forgiven, you’re right, you absolutely must pay tax on that as a capital (capitol?) gain.

Maybe they have exemptions for military?  I dunno. All I know is the IRS rode my ass until I paid the 4k

I remember that.

Not saying he is lying, but even miltary people who have the service member act protection don't get complete forgiveness.

not with total and permanent disability.  TPD is not federal taxable.

stop annoying me completely intentionally when i already posted the accurate information from

the total and permanent disability website.  don't you think they would have informed

me sometime during my 5 year long correspondence with them that i would

have to pay taxes?  do you think i lie to you people because i like to or something?

sorry im not that retarded asshole go fuck your mother
