i was making sandwiches in this little deli in high school, and i watched another employee pay zero attention to the big piece of deli meat she was running through the slicer. turns out you have to throw away EVERYTHING when someone slices off a fingerprint.

the 12" chef knife will cause a lot of bleeding if its still sharp

the irony side is the knife just got swapped out for a new one before I got cut so it was a fresh sharp blade

its a hazardous material since its blood of human and not by animal
