After finishing a really good book for the first time? There's also that "what do i do now" feeling and the "Holy shit it's almost 4am I'm glad i don't have work" moment.

No, at all times of my life I live in an ongoing state of restrained horror and anxiety

except for the times when I'm in an UN-restrained state of Horror and anxiety

What about semi-restrained horror and anxiety?

Yes

I usually don't have to wonder what I'm going to read next because when I get about 3/4 through a book I pick up a couple more

I really need to start doing that.

It helps that there is a used book store a mile from my house

I'm only 10 or so books away from being able to say I've read every Stephen King book that exists

My favorite used book stores are all so far. I've taken to just finding digital copies and reading them on my phone. The down side is you don't get exactly the same satisfaction as you would from a hard copy. The upside is i have a book anywhere i go and its easy to carry.

Also, it feels appropriate for the series I'm currently reading (The Expanse).

You could always order them off Amazon

I can't do digital books, I like holding actual books in my hand and having my phone as far away from me as possible

I've never heard of that series

I've gotten it then too. It seems stronger for more difficult games.

If I ever manage to beat Bangai-O I might drop to my knees. From what I hear you get in an all-round attack war with the final boss, and you just gotta be perfect until he falters. But the whole level getting to him is stressful as fuck.

The Expanse is amazing. It's the series the syfy show by the same name was based on.

Books are only approximations of what life can be like, and life goes on. Your story will end, my story will end, but the show goes on. Books don't. You read it and that's it, no more.
