Theres one I can see from my place. 90% of the turbines were not spinning. I think it might have been to windy or something. Now I have to see if they have like a max wind speed or something. That was sorta my thinking to. We always have wind here but its usually a nice breeze and the windfarm is always going. But when its super windy like it was today they are off.
