discolé monade Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 i was cleaning the girl's room. making her bed. i was turning her mattress, and as i shifted the mattress around, and my arm was slightly raised, i felt something pinch/stab me above the elbow. and not even 2 minutes later, my right side of my neck and shoulder got stiff. and now, i can hardly turn my head. i can't find the icyhot. and these pain pills don't work for shit. i do have a couple morphine, but i sort of wanted to work on this blanket. and watch scary movies. i am so sad that my body is crapping out on me this fast. this just isn't fair.
wacky1980 Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 that kinda sounds like something got pinched on that side of your neck. make someone give you a neck rub for like 30 minutes. probably won't make it better, but who wouldn't take a 30 minute neck rub?

That would work better than Icy hot. but i do need to go, not because of this. but, because in general. i know it would help with some things. and it feels good. the water therapy btw...did NOT help at all. in fact, i think made things worse.

fuggnificent Posted October 26, 2017 Posted October 26, 2017 an hour ago i was gonna post that altho im fat i dont have any aches or pains body wise....just constant emotional agony...then i went into the store for my mom and stepped wrong and hurt my knee...fuck! lol
