Lol of course he's a big fat slob.

Dead?  Someone got to him.

Heh floppy disks.

Are those girls robots?

Damn army being here is screwing things up and allowing Kuze to escape.

What a cliffhanger.  Bato vs Kuze.

Yup, and looks like the Major has finally found some data that directly links the C.I.S. to things when investigating that guy's dive. Which is Goda's unit.

Yeah those girls were robots

That cliffhanger is so good. Now it's his turn, let's see how he fares.

Heh, nice. Even Chris Stuckmann apparently tweeted out back when he saw Mind Game suddenly on Toonami lol. Amazing how many longtime Toonami watchers still tune in at least sometimes, even the ones who've made it bigger loI

I still remember watching his video when he went through his anime shelves highlighting some titles.

I just know him from movie reviews on youtube, along with Jeremy Jahns

I think I might have watched a couple of his videos.  Didn't really interest me that much.

Those are the same rookies they recruited right?  I didn't keep that close track of them.  And yes training then in the field was stupid.

Who was the boss talking to?

WORLD DOMINATION!  Like Pain? xD Yup Kuze gone cucco.

Major made an oregami thingy. :)

Russia had a submarine base in Japan?  I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE BACKSTORY OF THIS WORLD!  ALL WE EVER GET ARE HINTS AND TEASES!

Yup, looks like a couple passed. Not sure if he's one we actually saw in that old ep though or not.

Hmmm. Don't think so. Just last week, since last week we ended on Batou facing down Kuze.

The one from 2 weeks ago ended with the Major having picked the wrong location to capture Kuze.

Yes was it in Japanese though?

I recall it being the dub.

Cool thanks

I think this was also the reason they gave as to why all of the refugees that are constantly connected to Kuze to watch his actions never try to get any closer in the link or to influence him in that way. I think this was mentioned in the ep where we first learned he had so many people watching his actions.

Plus Kuze warns the Major just before she tried to fully connect to him to try to see through his eyes, to find his location, about what connecting to his memories or whatever else is there seems to do to most people.

the subtitles from last week's airing of this ep seem to be the dubtitles from last year's anchor bay release of the series. exact same dialogue.

Oh so that might explain why some of the dialogue seemed extra familiar lol.

I guess that makes sense since they are now using the HD version of the video, so they probably had to go through them to get the new materials.

Sucks that a show of this quality got that mess of a blu-ray release here after all that waiting.

Are they going to redo it or come out with another version?  Because this is definitely a show worth owning, even in this day and age of streaming and cash-strapped wallets.  But when I heard about that botched release I was like aw fuck.

at least the korean blu-ray has english audio and proper subs. the best release of the series with it.

don't count on them ever fixing it. the korean release has no issues, so at least a perfect release does exist.

But that's bullshit!  It's Ghost in the Shell!  And why would the Korean version have English audio?  Is it even this dub?
