SC is at least kind of reasonable. you all get hit every now and then. we, on the other hand, haven't had a hurricane since hugo in 1989. hell, we're where all the outer banks people go to wait out the storm. My friend in Dallas said he had to wait 45 minutes in a line about two blocks long to get gas, and he even took a photo of a guy filling up two big ass trash cans in the back of his truck with gas.
