scoobdog
I have a friend that does chauffeur work for a local bus company. I think he had to get a Class B and doubles as a bus driver as needed, but it seems to be good work. You're best bet is seeing if you can hook up with a bus company - just being an independent contractor is probably more trouble than its worth. Well most of the jobs I'm looking at require a chauffeur license just to operate their machines seems the tree trimming and construction industry want more than what one would think

Misaka
Is that like livery service? Driving limos? For Michigan there are several groups that the chauffeur license covers from group A,B,C,N,H,P,F,R,S Current jobs I'm looking into require the chauffeur group Group H licenses authorize holders to drive a commercial motor vehicle carrying hazardous materials. Group A licenses authorize holders to drive a vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 pounds or over, provided the GVWR of any towed vehicles is 10,001 pounds or more. Group N licenses authorize holders to drive a tank vehicle. Group R licenses authorize holders to drive a pick-up truck equipped with a fifth-wheel assembly with an attached semitrailer designed for recreational living purposes or towing an additional trailer.
