i like small talk. sometimes its a good ice breaker to get new people to open up to you.

Sometimes I try with the guys at work when they come in .... but some of them are already in bad moods so it doesn't go as planned ... or some of them are in too good of moods and they come way out of left field with shit

I can't speak for other men but me personally I hate it. Maybe because I'm not very good at but I just hate when people try to force me into a conversation.

Eh ... I'm getting better at it now that Im working at my internship .... its full of old people and they can talk about anything and everything

I talk too much to myself.  I thunk too much till the point I couldn't sleep.  As far as I could tell.  As far as I could tell,  I had a problem with conversation.  I just looked and observed mainly till I put in my 2 cents.
