The issue I have with Eric Bieniemy feeling like he had to become the OC for the Commies is "Oh, he's difficult to work with or whatever, that's why he hasn't been a HC yet." Like Urban Meyer didn't get 3/4ths of a season with Jacksonville and Adam Gase didn't trick two different teams into hiring him despite both being assholes.
