Although by all accounts, she is on great terms with them, so she may not want to burn that bridge.

My only issue is that I can't make my text bold with the keyboard. I have to highlight it and click the bold button, rather than the quick ctrl+B, which is second nature after ten years. Not sure if that's something that can be fixed, or if you care to. But it would be nice.
