And from brain cancer. That's just awful.

Sarcasm is fine, but it's often misused by people who perhaps think they're evading consequences for abhorrent behavior. Like the literary device it's built on, It's supposed to be (1) directed at ideas rather than people and (2) within a proper context. These are the same people who don''t know how use "irony" correctly.

Well this got serious. Not that it comes up due to the legality of prostitution, but in Nevada counties where it’s legal, it would be theft of services although they usually get a credit card before you set one foot inside. Otherwise, you can’t very well have an illegal act be a valid contingency for a contractual agreement. It’s why legitimate sex workers are denied the protections any other gig worker would have against abusive clients.

I don’t think Israel could find “Hezbollah HQ” if there was a giant neon sign pointing to it.

I guess Jill Stein did not, in fact, want his help.

To be fair.... you're probably not going to see a Shirley Temple unless your dad drags you to the storefront bar behind the laundromat. Mocktails from 40 years ago were kind of a cover for the fact you're prepubescent in a room full of hard core drinkers.

Bro.... that doesn't come close to having that time of the month for women.

I remember when it was funny. -
The only thing weird is that people seem shocked that CFB is not the Shangri-La of amateur athletes they selectively remember. If the NCAA hadn't cracked down so harshly on USC 15 years ago, we probably wouldn't have had the brutal reckoning with paying athletes we are having now - it would have continued to be the open secret that it was. I'm just surprised it took this long for the actual mechanics of NIL to come to the fore - all I ever hear is that NIL money is out there without really knowing who's getting it and where it's coming from.

I have no idea what @Insipidis getting at, but I appreciate the attempt at bringing sounding into relevant conversation regardless of how successful it was.

It’s not necessarily healthier to go meatless, but it’s perfectly fine as long as you maintain some protein in every meal. I don’t eat mushrooms, but they’re a common and good source. Walnuts, cashews, almonds and pine nuts are also good. Beans and lentils (including split peas) are an excellent source as well. Unless you’re devoutly religious, I would not go vegan - there isn’t enough study about long term substitutes for lean meats like chicken or pork and for omega 3 heavy fish. You can still maintain one meal with meat per day and be healthy. -
Definitely your type.
