Only people that can fly can fight him now lol. Ranged attacks will also help since you don't want to touch him. This level of OP ironically hampers how fights will be able to go.

So how exactly did All For One and all his quirks get transferred to Shigaraki anyway? Isn't that guy basically in the GITMO of this universe right now?

At least Bakugo doesn't have to touch the ground and has ranged attacks. Very few that can handle Shigaraki now.
