    Dragon was introduced or at least had a cameo decently early. But we didn't find out about the revolutionary army or any revolutions until at least well over a hundred episodes in, if not much more. (And I probably can't look up the episode number without risking running into spoilers.) I don't remember exactly when either, but it wasn't until after Alabasta at least. Several arcs had happened and many locations were visited and there was never any hint of any revolution. I wouldn't call that early in just because the show has over a thousand episodes. I may have misinterpreted what I saw before, but when we got to see glimpses of what was going on with the revolutionary army before, it seemed Iike full scale war was being waged. Maybe that was one of the countries you mentioned and the revolutionary army was just helping them.

    So that's how Sabo got his memories back. It sucks he couldn't have come across Ace or heard news about him before that happened. Man, stuff like this is why amnesia is a major pet peeve trope for me haha.

    Nah, it was depicted as an active war going on, not just opposing the government, but just coincidentally and conveniently not happening anywhere in the world we had already seen haha. No one ever mentions it either. And here's another battle. I wasn't even expecting that in this episode hahaha.

    The whole revolution thing is still a bit of a stretch for me. For most of the show there was no hint of any revolution and then it was suddenly introduced and had apparently been going on for years haha.

I had to compartmentalize it in my mind, since I needed to concentrate on this canon progression of the story.     Shunsui also ran afoul of Unohana. 🤣 Also, this a filler scene, but it's pretty funny that Unohana and Kenpachi did have a confrontation in the series before and Kenpachi actually backed down. I wonder if there was some sort of series bible from Kubo that informed the anime writers how to handle this.

    So not only is Unohana the original Kenpachi (guess all the past ones weren't killed after all haha,) she was a member of the original Squad captains. Juha Bach did say they were just a collection of really strong criminals...
