So it wasn't just on my end. It would load forever and then time out. I tried it on mobile Chrome and Samsung Internet on my phone and it wouldn't work. It finally loaded on my PC on Chrome, but then when I went to sign in (I was signed out on my PC for some reason,) the button simply did nothing. Then I tried later and it timed out on the PC too.
