The Pilaf stuff is padding. He wasn't in the movie nearly this much. I'm not sure they even used this ship in the movie.

I enjoy this music for the most part (especially the videogame sounding tracks) but Goku had terrible hero entrance music that other episode.

I don't remember Videl glowing or getting gold hair like that in the movie. I wonder what that portends for that baby's future. Hmmm. After all that fuss Goku just has red hair and eyes and no muscle change. He even has his normal hairstyle. Does his skin look pinkish? Eh, still looks better than Super Saiyan 4. They can't detect Goku's energy because of his God-level. Sort of like how nobody could sense Transcendent Aizen and Aizen couldn't sense Dangai Ichigo's power. On par with the Kais and Beerus? The Kais are a joke! Why the hell is Beerus so strong and them useless? GitS movie looks pretty awesome. Pretty freaky too.

Good to see there is still a place for levity in this darker world. This robo-bard is quite the character. Annnd he just died horribly. Okay maybe Aku is still alive. That robot called him. Ah hell Jack lost his sword! That's why he had to master all those other weapons! Calling it now the scary figure on that horse will turn out to be Jack himself.

I was wondering that. It seems Aku died but his minions and followers are still carrying on in his stead and worshipping him. Aku created such an army he doesn't even need to be around to rule the universe.

Cultists worshipping Aku and birthing babies to do his bidding. Jesus. So it turns out that sending Jack back to the past also stopped his aging. Great. Now Jack has PTSD and is losing it. Dude, JoJo is the best! Besides, if you could follow KLK's pacing you should be able to follow that. Trust me, Gundam Unicorn wouldn't be any easier to follow if you had any background on the franchise. Only time the show makes any sense are during the recaps. Plus Banagher is the worst. I finally had to drop Hiatus a while back because it just wasn't getting any better for me. The show squeezed out every ounce of caring I had about any of those characters. So, I like Dragonball, JoJo, Gundam has cool battles and looks pretty but it's difficult to follow and the main character is annoying, Hiatus I don't watch, Naruto is torture I continue to watch for the train wreck aspect just to see if it gets as bad as everyone claims (it hasn't disappointed so far, lol). I love GitS. One Piece was one of the shows you could always count on to have a good episode if other shows underwhelmed, and especially helps you get over the pain of Naruto. Just a good way to end the night. To replace that with edgelord nonsense on par with Akame Ga Kill... bleh. I definitely don't enjoy nearly all of the block as I had in the past and replacing One Piece with Tokyo Ghoul certainly won't help that.
