Still doesn't make sense that no one adopted Naruto and he had to live by himself. -

Naruto.... a drinker? I don't know if I see that. Beer ramen maybe? Coud such a thing exist. Inauguration? I thought Naruto was already Hokage. Now you did it, Boruto. Ah hell Himawari has gone berzerk, with Byakugan! Should have let her hit Boruto! -
Boruto Naruto next Generations ep 18 Discussion

Hinata what happened to your tittays?! Is it the the outfits?! -
I was hoping they were just saying that to get everyone to fight hard. They'd wait til the tournament was over and that would be when the universes would get destroyed, then they'd say that they weren't really going to. But nope, they were serious, and wiped out right after they lost. Messed up.
-
It still doesn't make sense for the Zenos to be so evil when the Kais aren't, or for Destroyers to exist. Super really fucked with the DB world.
-
Ok so they were serious about erasing the universes. Hell. The angel smiled?!
-
Everyone besides Goku and Vegeta are.the B-team, ouch. Did that really need to be explained, Whis? Beerus is stressed out. Love how brutal Vegeta is being here. 9th universe Kai is going to bust a vein.
-
Freezing attack. How creative. Widow's Peak Wimp!
-
I thought that catgirl was cute, but she's a psycho. And now she's laughing like the Wicked Witch?! Knock it off with the goofy names. Are you trying to win a tournament or sell action figures?
-
Because Mochi asked if he snagged the thread (OP since edited,) and I was confirming it?
-
I would say that the Zenos and boss angel whatever his name was were just saying/joking that they were going to destroy all losing universes, just to get the fighters to give it their all, but then I remembered how Zeno wiped out Trunks' BAD END Zamasu timeline without hesitation.

I feel like there should be more build up an explanation to Goku using that barrier. It seems like way too good of a tactic to never be thought of before. Guess they never encountered poison users before this?
-
Dangerous Triangle... really?
-
Furry nobodies. Beerus dropping truth bombs.
-
So Super Saiyan Blue overuses energy like Super Saiyan 3? Not nearly as useful as we thought, then, if you can't use it very long.
-
What does chinpukan mean? They translate everything else in the silly song but that?

I must have forgotten the stuff about Gon saying Killua was his first friend or the stuff with the villagers. What I remember was him telling Killua that they're already friends, during the confrontation with his brother at the Hunter Exam, which was way after they first met (one of the few good moments in the show, I'll admit.) Either way, Gon still isn't likable. Neither is Killua. As I said, we were sold the bill of goods that it was going to them along with Kurapika and Leorio as the main group, when it doesn't turn out that way at all. It's just Gon and Killua. So, yeah. I remember on that podcast they said something was omitted from the beginning that was kind of important, but would come up later. Didn't realize it was that important. Definitely was a mistake. Most people aren't going to go out of their way to watch an earlier version of an anime and then combine the "best parts" a la carte, or anything, though. It would be jarring, with the different production values, art and animation styles, voice actors, then trying to find a way to watch it etc. Most people just aren't going to do that. It's not a 1:1 example or anything, but if someone hated FMA03 or FMA:B, would they go and watch the other version? I mean, they're different, but not that different. It's the same characters, concepts, settings, themes, just things play out differently eventually. I know some have have said the first anime is a drama show with some action, and the second anime is an action show with some drama. Then there's dispute about which show is darker; I'd say both are pretty dark at times. People try to tell people to watch the first half of FMA03 then switch to some point (can't remember) in FMA:B and I can't see that working at all. I do know I cared a lot more about Hughes in FMA03. Not sure if I would feel different if I had seen FMA:B first. People say Hughes was always supposed to be a minor character, not like he was in FMA03, but then why should we care? But yeah it's kind of a tricky thing.

I see what you're talking about now. It's the second-to-last chapter, actually. I didn't think of what that actually was, originally. Ichigo and other characters "fought against the system" and did what they could, as I said. I'm not going to go over and over with it, with you. No one is going to claim the Soul Society is a great place, but no one is going to claim Ichigo is a sociopath for not reforming its government by becoming Hokage or whatever the hell, either.

That user's tweets are now protected. Did they get harassed by Vic supporters? What was the picture of?
-
I'm pretty sure Vic ruined his own reputation by sexually harassing and assaulting people for years. People just giving their accounts of their experiences with Vic are not "attacks." The judicial system isn't needed to fire someone and ban them from conventions, either.
-
Here is a transcription from a FB page/post that is no longer public, likely because the person got harassed by Vic supporters. This is what the investigation was like - https://www.facebook.com/samantha.inoueharte/posts/10215528151531113 My personal thoughts on the investigation that Funimation performed was that it was very VERY thorough and very professionally handled. When I gave my testimony last week and provided my information, I was met with respect and the questions asked of me were very VERY detail oriented. I had not spoken with ANY voice actor or actress with regards to the questions that were asked of me prior nor after. I was asked to give detailed testimony of several instances that other voice actors and actresses had stated I was involved with. After my testimony I was informed that my testimony matched what was already documented. Dates, locations, other people involved all were documented. We combed through a LOT of information. To demand proof be given to the general public would mean exposing the identity of victims who did not go public. Would detail their personal experiences. Would detail locations, dates, times, other people who witnessed the events, etc. To demand proof means putting other people in the line of fire of internet harassment. You are all witnesses to the internet harassment that people who have come forward publicly are suffering. To demand proof means that you want to expose victims who have remained unnamed. And that....is cruel. BUT....just to give you SOMETHING to give you an idea of the type of information provided....I decided to provide you with one single sample of an incident. I refuse to give anything further. Names, contact information, full date, convention, etc and information not related to the incident have been erased. So this is part of an email exchange I had with the manager of a Japanese idol singer the morning after an incident that followed my confrontation with Vic regarding introductions. The idol singer was very upset by Vic's advances after the altercation and the manager spent most of the evening calming the Japanese idol singer down. So ask yourself....should you be privy to all the names, the contact information of various industry professionals, all the details of the victim's experiences? Hopefully this gives you an idea of the sensitive nature of information and documentation provided during the investigation and you see why information like this should not be made public. So trust Funimation on their decision. Their investigation was very very thorough. Please stop demanding proof that you have no right to know about. So yeah Funimation was very thorough and professional. And also, if that idol singer's fans get wind of this, Vic will be torn limb from limb.

Yup, Vic has been up to this for at least 30 years, way before he was a "famous" voice actor. More info on that at the bottom of this article. I'm laughing my ass off that apparently Vic just did work on training videos and counts that as working as a cop, but glad he wasn't able to use his position and authority as a police officer to abuse more people. Can you imagine an egomaniac like him with a badge? What happened to Jamie Marchi is really henious too. Since she said what happened to her wasn't as bad as what happened to others, I shudder to think of what else Vic could have done that's much worse than this. There's surely more, possibly much worse, accounts that we haven't heard. Yay that Vic has been fully fired from Funimation! You know, something that I've noticed, is that Vic has been used very sparingly in dubs the past few years, mainly returning for old roles, and barely getting any new ones, much less big ones. I wonder if this was done intentionally by the studios, them wanting to deal with Vic as little as possible at this point. Eh, I don't think Vic will have much work with any entity that does their research, unless they are some #IstandwithVic idiots. Don't worry, a Christian... furry... company is steadfastly standing by Vic? So, it turns out that people are planning, or at least claiming they're going to, harass Monica Rial and other Funimation employees at upcoming convention appearances. They may think there is no "proof" of anything Vic has done, but there sure as hell is of what they've done! Permanent online record. It's like people think the internet is a videogame with no repercussions. Idiots. Hopefully no one tries anything too crazy at those conventions. If they do, they will be thrown out, for their trouble, arrested if they refuse to leave. https://www.facebook.com/funimation/posts/10156159961143481 https://www.facebook.com/Pensacon/posts/2067857083307603
