Happy Birthday! My older sister's birthday is today, the 26th, and she's at work right now. 11PM - 7AM. Funny thing is my younger sister is about to give birth. So in addition to having a new niece she's gonna now be sharing a birthday!

My complaint with it is if another user quotes someone you're ignoring it still shows, but admittedly that would be pretty impossible to get around. And yeah, it's certainly better than nothing.
