so the head counselor and i were hanging out before the trip and she was telling me how great and funny madison is.. haha jk.. .she was saying madison was really dramatic when she gets upset or frustrated and how hard it was for her blah blah and she was hoping i could tell her how to calm madison down but i was like " i dunno, she never gets like that with me" what it is madison is an only child and shes never been around little kids who misbehave and at first she had trouble adjusting. blah blah blah well this one male counselor was like "madison and i talked and i understand her and why she gets frustrated" kind of bragging about it.. and he keeps telling me he talked to her on the bus last week and says the same today kinda bragging. i dont like it but i cant be the mother from carrie and try to shelter my daughter from any male in her life but today on the way back from the field trip i was saying something to madison and she was laughing a lot and i just happened to look over at him and he was staring at her smiling then he saw me looking and fixed his face real kick young man, i will tie barb wire around your balls and drag your ass 10 miles behind my mazda going 100 miles per hour... dont even think it SHES NINE U MOTHERFUCKER soo yeah... definitely going to a different camp next year lol

you try and find a call center that lets you work m-f and get off everyday at 5pm with 160 hours paid time off. also do it and try not to get fired in less than 7 days like someones wife i know

sawdy talks a big game and goes traveling all over and spends most his time in meetings and on here not doing any of what he calls the "grunt" work but doesnt realize the truth is he is ahead of line to be laid off when his company starts suffering or wants to reduce cost cuz all sawdy does is nonessential bloat work. i get fired and that like one less of only 5 people who can do what i do well in my entire fucking company. i know the call volume for claims was fucked today because i took off.

metric wise they only thing i wasnt exceeding was adherence because i was having bad anxiety and taking long bathroom breaks... then THAT metric was only like 1% off... not in red..but in yellow i exceed all my goals that matter in regards to quality scores, calls handled and handling time. i probably take the most calls out of many in the center because i double as a claims specialist

It is intermittent. Now i can go to all the doctor appointments and therapy sessions i want. And if i mess up with my meds or didn't get enuff sleep, i dont have to struggle to drive to work over tired. This is just awesome all around. I do like my job but i need to take care of myself, too!
