Below, as in where it joins the hand? Could be "Trigger Finger". I started getting that last year on the 2 middle fingers of my right hand (I used to bowl a lot). -
I've learned how to dispense whipped cream making minimal noise to avoid the cats hearing it & rushing me en masse.
