Im a customer service rep...worked retail in the past ..not much different. It takes a special kind of patience to deal with the public because a loooot of people are extremely poor at expressing themselves and feel entitled. I think im at the point where most people dont get to me anymore. I learned taking ownership over issues helps a lot. Like i offered to call a lady everyday this week about her loan because she calles THREE times and it wasn't done. Stupidity does still trigger me. Like people not using their brains. Like this idiot who calls daily who asked me how his dead ex wife was gonna fill out his claim form. Like, really?

That is sad. My brother lives about 300 miles away and i just never drove out there to be with them because of my struggles. The fog is just lifting and im realizing i missed a lot. Dont really know who they are. I have a grand nephew now and hopefully ill get to know him a bit better.
