Got promoted to full time morning shift back drive thru and given a raise after i graduated Lol oh boy them were the days! Xboxes are pure shit. Trust me i know. Ive never had ONE issue in over 30 years of having playstations. Ridiculous issues with NO fix that i had to send to tier 3 techs (who dont do shit!): Dudes characters in one game didnt speak English or anything other language...they just spoke gooblygook.FOR NO REASON! This man spents hours with several techs and nothing changed! That means hed do a full delete, master reset..reinstall and nothing but googlygook talk! Endless installation issues. SOMETIMES fixable but only after you did the xbox disc hookeypookey:🎵you put the disc in...you take the disc back out...you put the disc back in and you get 10% out...you do the xbox disc pookey and you take right back out. Thats what its all about!🎶 xbox360 backup horrors..data transfer horrors..game save horrors...back compatibility horrors. Xbox live money card horrors...so many calls of kids buying cards who cant redeem. I gave a kid my email and he emailed the card AND his receipt. i keyed it in my fucking self and MY system says its inactive...not redeemed...inactive..and i have the effing receipt right in front me. Lots of kids had no receipt and were shit out of luck. My WORSE experience was on XMAS or several brand new xboxes. Imagine buying an xbox...plugging everything in and its DOA. Wont even turn on. I had to send many people back to the store for exchanges. So it turns on, right? Black screen Or it says code error..i think 201 or 211? as soon as u turn it on and wont do anything. Also...it REQUIRES internet to even set it up! I felt the worst for poor suckers without fast internet or who tried to use their hotspot on their phone to setup their xbox or use a new game. Not to mention games take HOURS to install. Or will freeze during install. Then all the stupid drastic updates! You have to relearn how to even fucking use the thing every other month. Xbox changes the entire freaking UI on a regular basis. Why? Then the freaking updates dont come to certain boxes or the update fucks up the box This is just the tip of the iceberg but ill NEVER buy an xbox. They are complete shit.

This lady was so nasty. She was like 82. She gave me her policy# WRONG. So i told her nothing came up. She goes: "THIS. IS. MY. POOL.LI.CEE. NUMM.BERR." like im slow. And she kept saying "you people this..your company that." Instead of getting smart and letting my temper get up, i put her on hold and told myself shes old and she doesn't deserve to be treated like shes treating me. I calm down and take her off hold. I say verify your ssn and birthday. She goes off on a rant: You people changed my ssn. I dont know it! I let her rant and say nothing. I have never heard in my life of a ssn changing. Eventually she realizes her medicaid policy number changed and not her ssn. Another one that doesnt know her ssn. I calmly allow her to search for FIVE minutes. As nicely and sweetly as possible i say "ma am..do u want to take some time to look for it?" She said yes and she wasn't going to hold me up with her ineptness (her words, i swear) I decide work is not a place to establish my dominance and demand respect on every level. My daughter is too affected by my multiple job changes these last few years. Also..im no longer going to rant outloud. The leads and sups dont do it so im not either. Any significant change you had to make to basically grow the fuck up?
