XIts really not easy. I use a LOT of time off and in the past, FMLA. People are rude and upsetting so i avoid all unnecessary interactions because they ALMOST ALWAYS end badly. The customers are rude and upsetting. You gotta constantly tell yourself its the company and not you. But also realize that you are not there to be abused by the public. You really gotta fully utilize your time off to take care of yourself and get things done or work will really kill your soul. You gotta have a social life of some sort. I had to seek therapy for this job or i would not be there. My anxiety almost cost me this job. I also was getting extremely upset with customers. Listen to me when i say i had to fight tooth and nail to overcome these things. So i stress, its not fucking easy at all but i can do it. I worked at the tmobile call center for 5 years unmedicated and it was absolutely hell but i did it! Had fmla tho!

She sent two emails telling the team not to do this or that (petty ass stuff). A lot of the emails had shit i like to do. Like if my breaks are too early..ill like clock nack in early and then use the extra time later on in the day lol So then i sped read her emails and responded to them both kinda quickly...then she responded not to do THAT either "u responded to both my emails within 2 minutes. Make sure you are really reading them." So yup...now every email she sends im saving, setting a calendar reminder 7 days later, THEN responding to her shit. 🤣 Bitch, making you hate your job can be my new pet project for 2019 if u really want it to be.
