Its right down the street actually not far from the gym. Which is worse cuz its easy to go to and eat healthy after working out but now its fucking infested.

So i went to my spot. The only place in this city that has my favorite sub: seafood sensation. 1st wrong thing: he barely put any meat on my sub and the crab mayo mix was extremely heavy on the mayo. Had full bites of just veggies and no meat. Been eating this sandwich for over 20 years. This is not the common experience. Now to the horror story: there were gnats all over. Which i ignored..but shouldn't have. Should have left. But i was super hungry and had thought abt the seafood sensation my entire 1 hour workout. Well when i got my food and sat down to eat....i saw something...crawling...on my napkin! IT WAS A GNAT BABY! SUBWAY, MY LOVE! MY LIFE! IS RUINED!

Doing 1hr cardio a day...about 700 calorie burn Since Sept ive bee fasting Most mornings i have oatmeal and dont have to eat again until 6pm Well today i had my oatmeal after 9am. Its 1230pm and im hungrier than a motherfucker. Is it because of the extra calories im burning?

At age 26, I had NO boyfriend, my own apartment with NO roommate, NO degrees, a car note, helped my mom pay her house taxes and cell phone bill, and had ONE $15/hr job - paid all my bills and rent without help except asking my brother for $20 ONCE to go to the doctor. What in the HELL is she doing? My uncle says she's a scam artist and is pretending to be poor for handouts. Well fuck i need to start doing that, too!
