Goodrx is location based and provides discounts for meds. Basically what these coupons do is drop the pharmacies profitable margin. Goodrx lumps all third party members (not to be confused with brand name manufacturers) whom have contracts with pharmacies and offer coupons on meds in one place. 
 
	These prices fluctuate daily, however they do not update daily.
 
	99.9% of the time the price they quote you is what you’ll pay. My recommendation? Check them EVERYTIME you pick up a script that currently uses one of their coupons. As I said they fluctuate, therefore you may end up occasionally finding one cheaper.
