i admit we have been taking the easy way out recently by just buying pre-cooked rotisserie chickens
but a few chickens and turkeys have been spatchcocked in years past and i will also admit that that probably started because of the word "spatchcock"
i dunno about anyone else, but the prep for spatchcocking does save like hours on the cooking part
also hot damn this reminded me that i am very very hungry and need to go out to scrounge up dinner
