That might not always be the case. I’m just saying that if you’re worried how the exercise looks, how it looks is precisely one of the reasons to do the exercise if you’re a guy. I guarantee if a guy does them regularly at a gym, girls will approach & comment on how you must fuck really good or like you’re training for the fucking olympics.
besides that they’re a great exercise to really isolate the posterior chain. Lots of ppl are imbalanced and don’t engage posterior muscles like hips, butt, and hamstrings enough from squats. Their quads don’t like to share the workload. If you’re like that and squats make your quads bigger but your hamstrings/butt are wimpy, do hip thrusts and see if u can’t reactivate them.
