It's not the classic definition of filler where they add stuff not in the manga... it's more like... padding. They pad the hell out of it with nonsense like this episode. So almost every episode feels like a filler episode where the plot didn't advance.

Hard to say with Super, because it's not really based on a manga. But they will certainly feel like filler.

Eh they're both about the same I think, both rated PG 13. For some reason anime comedy never really breaks out and becomes like.. the next AOT or Inuyasha. Not sure why... maybe too quirky and reference dependent?

That would be great, but I have a feeling since Chiller did it they'd shy away from that. Also I've watched it way too many times =P No Game No life would probably be my top choice for a comedy since it's the most popular one I can think of and it's very attractive to the eyes.

Konosuba would be the obvious choice.... if they'd bothered dubbing it. Maybe we'll go full harem, now that would be something. If they aired PTE that means literally anything is on the table, so it's anyone's guess.

OPM has the same problem as MHA, it's so popular that every anime fan and their dog has seen it multiple times, then seen 500 memes and 20 reaction videos about it. I think Toonami is still struggling with the fact that the Inuyasha days are over... the days where you could run the same episodes of old anime dozens of times and still draw ratings. Remember when they tried rerunning Jack at the top of the lineup? And AOT? They think old stuff and reruns will still draw, they don't.

Japan thinks about as highly of gays as they do of blacks. That's probably why.
