finally gave in to the pain in my left ass cheek. went to the v.a. monday, come to find out my sciatica is jacked. so i got a steroid shot. and because i finally gave in, after favoring it for weeks, i apparently re fractured my foot. so...i got that going for me.

well...it's been re written so many times. no telling how much editing was done.
