some of the states i lived in, a certain amount of tickets could be redeemed for a ticket. some states you kept the losing tickets then sent them in for some big drawing to win. this state is doing that currently. it just depends on the state i rectum.

sort of. she was a key witness, and just took off to az. was afraid or didn't want to testify against a dude she was involved with. something about drugs and weapons. finally had to face the music. i guess by the time she went back, dude already took a deal, but the d.a. didn't tell her that. i guess they thought she would lead them to the shit ton of weed/drugs/weapons, that wasn't recovered. *shrugs*
