i would! ok. story time. back a long time ago, a friend and myself had this little 'cleaning' business. we had a few houses in grafton, vt. where, we were hired to clean and 'open' the house up for 'dr seuss' and family. never got to meet the man. but, got to see some pretty neat things.

i would get some hay. wouldn't waste money on good grass seed for near the road. especially if they have to come back and do any repairs. but, if you get a bale of hay. break it up over the tilled area, water it. it will grow 'wild grass' and hay is handy to have around.

i have some hemp balm stuff that 4hbabe sent me last year. but i will look for this next time i'm out. i have to assume you use this and it works.
