some of the states i lived in, a certain amount of tickets could be redeemed for a ticket. some states you kept the losing tickets then sent them in for some big drawing to win. this state is doing that currently. it just depends on the state i rectum.

things i love about my ocd 1. i don't stop cleaning, until it's all cleaned. 2. i like touching everything on particular rows at the store. 3. i like having to tap something with my right hand, because i tapped it with my left 5. weed makes the ocd really groovy. /s/
