this is probably way off subject, or not. a couple years ago, there was a documentary about evolution, and it was showing what could happen. there was a land octopus, and some sort of giant snow cat, and monkey's that had suction cups. i wish i could remember it. it was actually rather interesting. there were no humans.

she's 24 and we are really close. she just wants homemade ice cream. i'll have my son help me though (5) he likes being in the kitchen when it comes to making desserts.

yeah, i made it this summer for her, and she's been begging me to make more. i used mini oreo, because if i didn't they were going to expire.

yeah, i loathed trying to 'math' quick during the weekend rush. i mean, you got 10-15 orders PLUS the restaurant side orders, and your mind goes fart. i would make a 'cheat sheet' every month. sounds stupid but, hey, saved my arse a few times. dang...and now i miss tending bar.
