  1. Okay, so somebody there needs to rework the safety procedures.
  2. Now, this is all you need to know sbout Epstein.
  3. Come back to this thread in ten years, and I'll tell you all about a warehouse that was never built.
  4. Trump is going to have to start talking, because it's all Newsmax has mentioned since last month.
  5. Except the people in Mays Landing, who live next door to that squatters hell. This is government at work.
  6. It's the only outdoor table for eating the lunch I always buy at Shoprite. If the owners, managers, or employees didn't want me there, they would have said something about that by now. And, it's not a back door. It's a section just outside the front entrance.
  7. How else would you know about their layaway policies?
  8. Six miles are a nice leisurely walk, no matter where you are... and it's real excercise, to boot.
  9. You don't have to jump out in front of the cars here. There are lights and crosswalks.
  10. What are those "places of necessity"? Groceries? Full setvice market, four blocks from here, convenience store, two blocks. Medical care? A ten minute walk to a hospital and fifteen minutes to primary care. Clothes? We have a store on almost every block, selling clothes.
  11. Here's the race track. https://wpgtalkradio.com/its-time-to-demolish-the-atlantic-city-race-course-in-mays-landing-nj/ Lots of potential for all that land. Amazon.com wants to build a warehouse there. https://www.nj.com/atlantic/2025/07/historic-nj-horse-track-could-become-massive-amazon-distribution-center.html I bet the state or the county won't approve the land use, because some joker is likely to pull his "environmental impact study" out of his ass and weaponize every rat, beetle and goose that happens to be there against any progress.
  12. I'm stupid because I don't have to reside in Dinseyland, just to take a walk?
  13. So, you believe in all of that, at least. The area between Hamilton Mall and Hamilton Commons is walkable by MY definition... because I often walk on it.
  14. I didn't see a law about it. It's just expected. The refrigerators are in the apartments already when new tenants sign their leases. They get replaced after they break down. When you have two hundred apartments in the same complex, there's bound to be at least one breakdown each month. See also, stoves, the hot water tank and the heating system.
  15. Boy, you're such a crybaby. You demand far too much out of your state, county and municipal government.
  16. Buy a new refrigerator and imagine having to buy and keep twenty of them in storage, ready for each of twenty tenants asking for replacement.
  17. I guess that depends on your personal definition of walkable.
  18. The rents are only high because landlords have very high overrhread. You might give your landlord $1,500 a month, but if anything goes wrong with the boiler, it could be a $2,000 repair job and he just loses that month's rent and part of next month's rent.
